Does Apple ever raise a stink over content of podcasts on iTunes?
Imagine going though all the hoops to get the podcast going and Apple pulls it from Itunes lol

Yeah it would never work on iTunes or Ustream.
If he really wants a show or podcast he needs his own server that he has full control over or join a network that wouldn't pull it (Riotcast maybe?)

He could get in on Adam Carolla's network. They pay for their own bandwidth and iTunes isn't the only place to get podcasts.

I'm fairly certain even if they could pull it for its content, they couldn't stop him from putting everything on his own site, but making the podcasts playable in iTunes.
Riotcast/Deathsquad (moreso Deathsquad) would be a great place for Ant.
