If he is fired isn't his no compete unenforceable? If the boys want to carry on Opie and Jim are either gonna have to work a few more months or sit and wait out a no compete.

Anthony can do LFTC until then or whatever he please

I'm pretty positive he gets paid. We obviously have no clue about their contracts, so who knows if Opie and Jim need to show up for work.

I'm sure the company wants everyone to think he's fired so that's how they worded it, but I assume he's suspended til the end of his contract with pay which is only until October anyway. Of course were speculating and no one here knows what Opie & Anthony actually signed during there last contract negotiations.
