Inbox o' cocks?

Make it so.

The worst part is, aleks probably feels like he genuinely made a difference. Like he helped make the world a better place.

I know Ant said some racist shit, but at the end of the day, these cunts from a BLOG helped get a guy fired from a show they don't even fucking listen to. The only people that were affected by any of this is us and that's what's upsetting.

Also, I just fucking renewed my subscription 15 days ago. FUCK.

It's amazing how fruitful a GIS for "White women fucking black guys" is.

you can still cancel, they will give you a refund for just about everything you paid for, minus the 15 days of service you actually used.

I re-read his tweets from right after and unless my soul died I don't see they were racist. He cursed quite a bit and wished death a few ways on her but stated facts otherwise.

[deleted]

I mean.... I kind of had plans today.

[deleted]

Stop trying to make #justiceforant happen

[deleted]

what rant are you justicing fo'? #tsst

Even if Ant was a Klan member, this faggot did not remove one ounce of racism from the world. I guarantee you he added to it.

@aleksnotalex on twitter

done, what an asshole.

Add that faggot's name to every single spam list you can possibly find... dick pills, weight loss, etc...

Damn, wish I knew that when I was in my "FUCK THE POPULAR KIDS" days in high school.

Oh well. Hopefully Vos has some extra time on his midget hands today.

I mean it's gawker. They'll probably fight back by posting everybody who emailed him their own emails in retaliation

Everyone here is an adult, emailing a guy a picture of a dick will not hurt anyone and continue to make the show look stupid. This isn't jocktober, there isn't a joke here. Gawker got no one fired, ANTHONY got himself fired. He continued to rant for 48+ hours and wouldn't shut up. He added fuel to the fire. Had he just tweeted his anger and went to bed then everything will be ok.

[deleted]

FINISH HIM!

This makes me embarassed to be a fan of this show... ugh.

[deleted]

Ant is the only person responsible for Ant getting fired. He fucked up and he lost his job. People get fired from jobs all the time. Blaming the blogger is stupid. Ant put his shit up for everyone to read on Twitter, and if you don't think his bosses at Sirus/XM don't follow his Twitter you're an idiot.

Pissed off that Ant got fired? Direct your anger at the person responsible. His first name is Anthony...

[deleted]

Don't act like Ant would have been fired if there were no articles or controversy.

Look, Ant is a public figure. Twitter is a public platform and - more importantly - a way for Ant to promote his show. His Twitter account is like a big fucking sign over his head saying "LOOK AT ME! HERE'S WHAT I'M THINKING!"

So the idea that nobody would pay attention when he says some shit is stupid...that's what he was trying to do...get attention. Get coverage. Get promotion for his show and his brand.

The more Re Tweets, the more clicks, the more attention the better. Usually.

The idea that Ant is somehow a victim because someone publicized what he wrote on Twitter is fucking stupid. The whole point of Twitter is publicity.

It has nothing to do with the fucking bloggers. It has nothing to do with the physical fucking assault, either.

Anthony Cumia was an employee of Sirius/XM Radio. I guarantee that he signed a lengthy contract which spelled out in legal language that he can be fired for misrepresenting the image of his employers in public.

Now, here's where it gets tricky...I'll type slow so you can follow along...Ant violated that contract. He joked about how long the meeeting was, but the fact of the matter is that when his little rant became public (and again, that was the second he put it out there for everyone to read), lawyers were contacted to see if there was cause for termination under that contract.

The attorneys representing Sirius/XM don't give a flying fuck about the assault, the woman involved, or the bloggers. Their job is to protect Sirius/XM from liability. If there were any legal recourse for Mr. Cumia - any financial or legal liabilty for the company if they fired him - they would not have fired him.

This may be hard for you to grasp, but this was a legal and business decision which has absolutely nothing to do with the blogger in question.

[deleted]

Anthony in no way violated his contract you fucking moron.

Well then you can tune in to Opie and Anthony Monday morning after his lawyers get him back on the air.

Get back to me when that happens, mmmkay?

[deleted]

Wow. Your post got removed. Good job.

I know you probably didn't have to sign a contract for your job at Taco Bell, so I'm not surprised you don't understand how these things work.

Typing it in all caps doesn't make it true, kid. He was fired for violating the terms of his contract. That's the way it works in this business. You'd know that if you ever had to sign one of these deals. If he hadn't violated the terms of his contract, then Ant's lawyers could sue to have him reinstated or paid the remainder of what he's due under those terms.

[deleted]

I've already explained it to you. Under contracts like these (that you've never seen and have no fucking idea how they work) you can only be terminated for violating the terms of the contract. If they fire you and you haven't violated the terms, you can sue them. Ant does not appear to be taking legal action at this time...just bitching.

If you have information to the contrary (you don't) you can post it at any time. Prove me wrong, sweetheart.

[deleted]

i seem sure because I work in the same fucking business. I've signed contracts like these, dealt with agents, lawyers, networks, producers, and executives.

Of course I can't give you the exact terms in Cumia's deal because these things are what we in the grown up world call "confidential." I also cannot show you the terms of my deal for the same reason. This also means (and no I'm not going to type this in all caps like some fucking stupid teenager) that you do not know the terms of his contract and cannot say with any sort of authority that he was not fired for violating said terms.

Again...if he was fired but did not violate the terms of his contract, then he can sue to get his job back or compensation for the remainder of his contract.

I'm going to type that again, and I'll see if you can respond...if he was fired but did not violate the terms of his contract, then he can sue to get his job back or compenstion for the remainder of his contract.

Can you respond to that, little girl?

[deleted]

Wow. That was an incredibly detailed description of how this business works. I especially liked how you described at length the ins and outs of the compensation structure and the non compete clause. It makes you look like a real insider and not just some fucking teenager who laughs every time someone says "your mom's box."

You've done a great job defending your hero, and I'm sure he'll thank you when he gets back on the air Monday.

[deleted]

While you sit on your computer on a subreddit of a show you don't listen to.

And you signed up for reddit just so you could defend the guy who fucked up, got fired, and ruined the only thing that made your sad life worthwhile.

I'm sure they appreciate your money, though.

You know what? I think I've wasted enough of my time talking to a little fan boy who has nothing else going on in his life other than his longing for Anthony Cumia.

Sorry but I'm not going to tune into "Live From The Compound" next week because that would be an even bigger waste of my time.

[deleted]

Don't waste your time. All these creepy, stalker fanboys will never understand how true this is.
