Anthony's issue

Why are they failing to mention the cause? Furthermore, why are they not mentioning that the woman had no reasonable right to privacy?
Do you think if this is ignored, and not brought up on air, that it will be of no consequence?

They aren't discussing the legalities because this wasn't reported as a crime. All that is left now is the racist tweets. If Ant pressed charges and had a police report and he got the woman arrested for assault then there would be a legal angle that could distract from the tweets.

They aren't. Right everyone only knows what Anthony's side of the story is. His reaction to what happened, based on his side of the story, doesn't match his reasoning for not filing a police report.

My guess is he didn't file a report because he was drunk. Not that there's anything wrong with that...

If he had gone to the police, they would want to see what he was taking pics of. Imagine the cops browsing hundreds of pics of young ladies.... perhaps some incriminating photos. As soon as he complains, he will also need to show he did nothing to start that confrontation since she will have a differing story.

I just hope he has to apologize so Opie can reset the apology clock.

Liberal Media. They will gloss over street violence, and get angry about tweets.
