plain and simple Anthony can only blame anthony for this. if this was an isolated event it could be brushed off, but over the past 6 years they have hours of audio of him stating his racial opinions to pull from. as they slowly find more and more clips like they have it only develops a pattern to show the people who dont know the show.

No one here wants Anthony fired, and if you check the comment sections of any of the write-ups on this, you'll find no shortage of "pests" backing him up. We just know he's held back less and less over the years, and it was only a matter of time before it got picked up and jeopardized the show.

The fact of the matter is most of us support the guy, we just don't support a lot of the things he says. Isn't that the number one thing O&A have preached for years?

I don't think any of us hate Ant but what he did was incredibly stupid and now he's gotta pay for that. I don't think he should be fired for what he says, but what did he expect to happen? You can't be a media figure, and go on racist tirades calling blacks subhuman and then expect to get away with it when you have 150k followers. Plus I don't necessarily agree with Ant on race most of the time. I think he's hilarious and I enjoy his opinions, but Jesus Christ learn to shut the fuck up sometimes. If he'd just kept quite on Twitter this thing would have blown over like nothing happened. I think that's the point most listeners have.

I think Ant is the funniest guy on the show. That doesn't mean I have to like him.

Heres where he went wrong.if he had kept his tweeting to a minimum after the incident perhaps only one or two racial ones with the picture and then waited for the show to say all this stuff he would have gotten away with it because he has gone off on black people on the show before without anyone giving a fuck.

Our dislike of his racism has been a pretty consistent topic over time. I legitimately enjoy the show and think he's a talented and funny guy. But my own values are more important than proving myself to be a real, loyal o&a fan in the eyes of someone like you.
