I said it before and I'll say it again here. Nobody who pays for the O&A channel is going to cancel their subscription because of this. Everyone who listens to the show knows Ant's views on race and politics. This isn't gonna cost Sirius one red penny. If SiriusXM does an "apologize or be fired" threat, they are doing it because they want to get rid of the show and this is their opportunity.
I'm upset I cancelled last week cause of Davey Mac being fired (I only had the online subscription and only used the app for his show since I get O&A/R&F through other "sources"). Maybe I should sign back up now so I can cancel again.
To be honest I prob am cancelling either way. I'm not gonna resubscribe once my current year is up. The show has been kinda shitty lately so it's not really worth it to me.
The most sarcastic, insincere, condescending, and backhanded apology in radio history will unfold with opie laughing and saying "its great. Its a great bit" with no sense of irony and then they never address it again.
Then next week they rip into someone for apologizing and won't bring up Anthony's/will not take calls of people wanting to bring it up.

If he's told he has to, he will. It'll be a copy/paste "written by a lawyer" obviously insincere piece of shit, but he'll do it.

I'm not even sure he's going to get a chance to apologize now.
