I have no idea why they don't just take compilations Jason A Yeiter and co. have made and use them. Some of them are amazing and it's not like those youtube guys own the content.

I was thinking the same thing

they started off good and there were some episodes i saved, (best of Vos, Patrice, Louie) but man putting up an interesting conversation they just had a few days ago is dumb. only exception was the Happy Days bit.

I hate the podcasts which are just breaks they've done that week with special guests. All the good stuff is on youtube though so if you're really that bothered you can just download the files as MP3s.

Does anyone else hate the fucking audio of the podcast? The intro is loud/normal volume then the actual podcast audio is super low.

I only like the throwback podcasts. I mean a lot of their market is people who don't listen to the show, that they want to make into listeners. So I understand throwing recent interviews up. But as a listener, I'd much rather have old bits on the podcast.

I get that they want to incorporate new material so people who only listen to the podcast will have some interest in subscribing to Sirius/xm.
That being said, lately they've been lazy as shit deciding on podcast material lately. There's 20 years worth of audio. No one wants to re-listen to some boring ass interview from 2 days ago.

They used to put a LOT more effort into worst of when they had more professional staff as well.

Do you think the O&A spend any time at all on the podcasts?
Those are thrown together by the staff and maybe Opie reviews the content before they go out.

It annoys me they call their show "a podcast." Putting together old clips and re-packaging it is not a podcast. Granted it's nice they're doing that/giving free downloadable content, and they're trying to get new listeners, I undertsand. It just bugs me they use that term for it.

They really took a turn for the worst with that horrifically boring Belle Knox interview. Today's podcast is from 2007 it's not the funniest shit I've ever heard but at least it didn't come from last week.

Do they even do the post podcast nugget anymore?

The podcasts are bad. Don't listen. Download full shows.

You need to reevaluate your life if you're sitting on reddit discussing whether a man's wife loves him or not.

Were you looking in the mirror as you typed that?
