Posted this in a thread a while ago. Check out around 12:55 on this clip from to catch a predator. The dude says Suuuure suuuure, exactly how that misunderstood ol gent Uncle Paul does.

Jimmy has mentioned he watched the show and even knows one of the decoys, so it seems likely that he picked it up there?

Yea he knows one of the decoys alrite. That gurhl was a little tattle-tale! She set me up!

Yeah, he probably subconsciously did get it from here, that guy sounds exactly like Uncle Paul.

If only we didn't offend/insult literally everyone on the show, perhaps we would have an easy and simple way of contacting Jimmy and just asking him this question.

I think it started as something he would do to a former girlfriend to creep her out.

I actually think it's something Ant started to do to a former girlfriend.

Awwww you people need to mind your gohhhhd daaaaam p's an' q's! There ain't nuttin to say about it. I'm just a gen-l-men who's 57 years young. It was started by Jim to annoy his GF. He said it when he debuted Uncle Paul in 2007. He would also make up scenarios how he'd like to deep kiss his gf's father and stick his face in his neck and do like a breathing out groan.

I think it started when he was coerced into sucking dicks.

A couple of comics he's lived with (Florentine, Bob Kelly) said that he's been doing different characters for ages, even before he was on the show. Not sure if Uncle Paul was one of them.

I know he developed Chip around friends for a while before bringing him to the show.

I doubt he got the whole character from that, but the "suuuuure" really is uncanny. So maybe he just got that part from the show?

Your dad.
