Start trailer with quick cuts of train tracks, and rushing trains. Show a distraught man. He jumps in front of a passing train. Cut to Lady Di, drunk on the floor of her shitty apartment, baby crying. She drunkenly looks left and hears a radio. She calls in and blabs, and they tell her to come in the studio. The cops take her son, but she doesn't care. She goes to the studio with Marion (thinking a hot girl does the Charlize Theron/Eileen Wournos thing). So, lots of Melissa McCarthy getting drunk, making a fool of her self, singing and dancing. Splice in tons of her crying, and blowing homeless guys. Then inspirational music, her looking towards the sun riding in a convertible with her arms out or something. Show her adult son trying to turn away from her, and she roughly turns him back around in slow motion and hugs him tightly.

Show her and Colin, sitting on a bench at sunset, staring into each others eyes. She says "Lifes funny, huh?" He says "Nothing funny about this" and kisses her.
