Sure, that clip was awful as he was nowhere near comfortable on camera, but I must say, I saw him live at the Funny Bone here in VA Beach years ago, and hands down, best live act I've seen. Him and Anthony are some quick witted, funny motherfuckers. I hate Sam.
I just got done listening to the Patrice Roast at the Boston Comedy Club from 2003 elsewhere in this sub, and that was one of the few times that I've heard Vos doing standup. You're right, he is a very funny comic. He still "looks like a jockey who stole his horse's teeth," though.
Who can blame him; it's like being the lowest IQ at a Mensa shindig, you know as soon as you open your dumb slobbery horse-like mouth, the whole room will rip you to pieces. Vos was brave for going through with it. But also a dummy.
I've never heard or seen this so called "quick wit" of Vos. It's kind of annoying actually because most of his punchlines and jokes are the ones you mentally already thought of and assumed were too unfunny for anyone to actually use. But then he does use them and people laugh...
His elder daughter BOMBED. She tripped over her words and looked uncomfortable being there. Also Vos can't keep his fucking head still and it's horrible watching him "act."
