So many times when they're having a discussion - even about something that comes up out of the blue and isn't mainstream news - Jim will say "you know, I was talking to someone the other day..." and recite some made up nonsense that backs up his point.

If they're talking about the LGBT thing like yesterday, he just happened to talk to a lesbian the other day who told him that they don't like trannys.

If they're talking about the Redskins, he just happened to talk to someone who knew a Native American who told him something that backed his point up.

If they're talking about giving crystal decanters as gifts, he just happened to speak the other day to someone who works at Tiffany's.

So fake and frustrating..
