He's talking about Too Short the rapper, but I've never been able to tell if it's a quote from something or if he's just using a black voice since he puts the "motherfuckin" in front of a lot of other rappers names.

Seems like a quote from something. He uses other rapper names but he most frequently says Too Short.

I would sincerely hope everyone here is familiar with Too Short.

Too Short was one of the first dirty rappers. He had a lot of raps about sex and his lyrics were easy to understand. Ant probably liked him back in the 80's the same way he liked NWA. I don't think it's a quote from a movie. That's probably just the first rapper that came to his mind one day when he was doing a black guy impression and he has been saying it ever since. Either that or he heard some black dude say that in like 1989 and he's still saying it.
