It's not up to Opie and Anthony and whether or not they have a visual element. They're under contract with siriusxm radio and so it's up to sxm. Siriusxm has over 25 million subscribers and they're mostly in cars which is where most people listen. They honestly as a corporation could give two dicks about what you think. They're not going to go out of there way to set this up when basically no one else on there platform needs it or is going to use it. 70s on 7 and 98% of the other channels have no need for it and sxm is making money hand over fist still so it's just not worth it to them to set up a visual element. Unlike Howard o&a don't own there content. That's how he was able to get cameras in studio.
