Last Night's Louies

I didn't watch them yet, just wondering though if I should expect back to back episodes of (a) Louie trying to win an IFC award, (b) ugly late 30s women, or (c) the least camera ready hacks in comedy.

I hate to admit it but I was bored for the entire two episodes.

Interesting.. I've been bored since the start of season 4 aside from the doctor segments and Todd Berry's minor triumphs segment.

A.

BUT it was 90 minutes long and mainly about young Louis getting pot from Jeremy Renner. Actually a very solid episode.

Can't wait to cringe through it...

Please be sure to tell us. I'm dying to know how you feel about Louie. May maybe a couple more posts about it.

Yo they were entertaining but it's just not the same show from seasons 1-3... he's trying to gain credibility to direct a flick or sumthin.

No problem, boblem.

A, but It was really fucking good. Awesome episodes, very though provoking.

that's the plot, but the humor was largely substituted for pseudo-artsyness and all the other crap he employed so far in season 4.

He thinks he's Ingmar Bergman or sumthin.

Louie has officially stopped trying to make his show funny.
