I always assumed it was a clip from a movie, and the original line had to do with tomatoes... "Enough about the tomatoes!" They've been doing it for years, and it's definitely not a Seinfeld bit. /u/fox00 might be right, cause it does sound like Regis in the original clip. Curious too, always been a reference I wasn't sure about.

I just assumed it was an over the top Seinfeld exclamation, and since Ant is so enamored by Seinfeld, it all added up nicely. But you're right, Regis is the one who sounds like that. He spent many years with that shrill cunt Kathy Lee Gifford, so I'd bet it's in reference to one of her retarded, pointless, meandering stories.
