Thought of a new bit for da show

Hear me out. Everytime a new guest comes (someone who is unfamiliar with the show) the boys never say their name. At any point. Not the tease or time leading up to it. Not coming back from a break or even when they come into the studio.
Maybe not a bit per se but something that would be uncomfortable.
