Listening to his reactions to the selfsuck and piss stuff he's taking less of a good-natured approach and more of a V. Stiviano approach where he's very deliberately using the HR buzzwords of "uncomfortable", "please stop", etc.
Not to mention I think during the whole Sal fight Denny had threatened to take him into HR and with a divorce and failed career, Denny really has nothing to lose.

He can walk out the studio if he doesn't like it so much. He's not forced to be in there, it's not part of his actual job.

This sounds like a silly and unfounded theory. Even more so considering that Denny retorted with "shut the fuck up you goddamn punk baby!" to Sal during their fight.
Denny is great and he clearly enjoys being on the air with O&A, if he gets abused now and again that's the breaks.
