Opie sucks. How he whines about anything is ridiculous. He'd be playing the hits in Islip from 6-12PM in Islip if it wasn't for Anthony.
The worst part about Opie is his lack of self-awareness. He really thinks he's a bright guy. He has an IQ that is less than 100. He stumbles through reads like a dolt.
I live with someone with the beeeeetus. OJ will spike your bloodsugar the quickest, if you are dangerously low...but, it can also spike you too high and cause a crash later. Lowfat milk is a pretty good option for bringing blood sugar up in a more controlled manner, due the protein content. (end "serious jimmy" rant).
