Opie and Anthony stole that idea off Howard. He used to have guys tie bandanas around their cars as a sign to girls to flash them. Hoo Hoo, tell em, Fred!

wasn't it O&A who coined the phrase? I never listened to Howard so I don't know for sure. either way, I think O&A are the ones that made it popular. but this Ty fuck is acting like he never heard of it before. he works for the station where they worked but never heard of WOW?

I was joking. When O&A and Howard used to spar back and forth Howard said that O&A ripped him off because he used to do the bandana thing. It was a clip that O&A used to play and reference a bit. When Anthony says "Hoo Hoo, tell em, Fred!" that is where that comes from.
