Was just about to start an E-Rock appreciation thread.

Question: is E-Rock the most liked member of the show (among fans)? He constantly gets shit, but takes it in stride and plays along. He's also a huge contributor to the on-air antics. There's nothing not to like (and he contributes more on-air than others who you could say the same about - i.e. Travis).

This obviously doesn't include Denny, FWIW (obviously).

The last few years the fans seem to have really started to revere E-Rock and appreciate all the stupid shit he does for the show. If you think of some of the most memorable bits from the last two years, E-Rock is probably involved. Sam is ok, he is a suck up and probably a hard worker, but what he has done for the show as far as on air content goes is relegated to Lil Scorch, AJ Poopieshitz and being a shit stirrer. Nothing memorable. Travis is likeable, but he isn't much of an entertainer. Roland is just garbage. Nothing good ever. Even his so called "badass moment" against Eastside Dave was lame as fuck.

Sam is the workhorse behind Jocktober. Yea he's a kiss ass, but there's no Jim Chandler, Terry Clifford, or Scott and Todd without the Mulatto twink.

Those are/were all listener submitted shows. I doubt he did much national investigating regarding shit shows.

You missed the point entirely. I said Sam is a hard worker, but as far as ON AIR entertainment. Doing things for the show, he falls short. He stirs shit and E-Rock actually does the dirty work for our entertainment.

I tried hating on Erock but he slowly grew on me month by month, and finally when he did Tequila and Donut day, and everyone else was making fun of him, he just was like, fuck it, I got an excuse to get drunk at work, I'm taking it. And then he proceeded it. It was magical how drunk he got.

Sam also would backstab O and A in a heartbeat for even the slightest career advance. Eric is a loyal soldier till the end.

I don't blame Sam, that's how successful people do 9/10. It's a necessary evil. That said fuck him, I hope he gets a WWE job though. Hell after Opie and Anthony ends I hope E-Rock gets a dream job as a producer for the WWE before Sam as a cruel joke.

I can't say new god, as I have been worshiping at the alter of Nagel for years. However, I can say that more and more fans have come to realize just what Erock does. He's a guy who doesn't want to be on air, but does because he loves and is dedicated to the show. He's willing to go through the shit no one else is because he's loyal. He is E-Rock, and we are his army.
