Who caused Travis' Suspension and 9 Months without Interns?

I know everybody reading this is saying Blind Intern Stevie right now. But, there's something that nobody ever brings up about Travis' suspension.

This was about a week prior to his fight with Danny and Sam makes a vague reference to some of the crotch-centric harassment of Stevie. He tells Sam "Let's not even go there..." because he knows the show could get in trouble. So, who was the person who ultimately revealed Blind Intern Stevie got kicked in the nuts? It was Stevie....right? Go to 23:04-24:06 of this clip:

It's Danny who actually brings it up and Stevie only gives details after being pressed on it. He even says that he didn't want to talk about it on-air.
Technically, Travis is responsible for his own suspension (he did kick Stevie in the nuts) but the catalyst is Danny. Also, if you listen to the rest of the clip beyond the times above, Travis eventually realizes this could problems for him. So, Travis tries to apologize and help his situation but Danny just makes it worse by mocking Stevie over it and making it seem that the show doesn't take it seriously. There's a point where everybody on the show either distances themselves from inappropriate treatment of Stevie and/or tries to help Travis out. Except Danny.
Oh...and keep in mind that Travis was one of the people that Danny liked on the show.

I'm just asking questions... As for the CBS/Free FM material, I'm afraid I can't release the full shows. I got them from a man wearing sunglasses and dark clothing. We met in the desert with both of us wearing tinfoil hats to avoid mind control. I was told I could only release certain parts for public consumption and failure to follow those instructions would result in me being pushed into a black van...never to be seen again. I would defy these orders if I had the combined powers of Governor, Navy Seal and Fighter. But alas, I do not.

I BELIEVE YOU. But for reals, run ads on your channel, or at least start a Paypal donation account. You're one of the elder statesmen of the show at this point. And people like me would def. like the CBS/Free FM shows if they were ever made available :). Maybe someone else has them, but you're the only one that does extended segments from them, so I think you've got it cornered.

He puts together several-hour masterpieces spanning multiple shows, and seamlessly edited. And he's the only one that I know of that does it.

Unfortunately, putting up full shows on my channel is one of those lines I won't cross. My channel was active and growing when that Sirius XM lawyer nonsense happened. I still believe that the only reason my channel was left alone was that I didn't post any full shows or anything that could be confused for full shows. However, I do have two suggestions.
The first is to go to an Ian Halperin endorsed search engine and type in Opie and Anthony, the year you're looking for and another word I'm sure you can figure out. What I found matched what's in my collection to a certain point. Technically, the show was still doing terrestrial in 2009 and I didn't find all of that but before that...yes.
The second is to take a look through the old O&A rundowns here:

If there's something specific in the old rundowns that you'd like to hear and you can't find it on any channels...request it. Steven Knight and myself have a pretty good track record of honoring these kind of requests.

Warning speculation I suspect Stevie was even paid off behind the scenes, maybe involving a pay-out from O&A themselves. There is no other conceivable way someone could assault a co-worker in corporate America and keep their job.

I doubt it. You're not a victim of assault until a criminal complaint is filed. It really is that simple. I'm not even sure he could have successfully won a civil suit, because it would be hard to prove damages, and the interns most likely sign releases absolving SXM of liability for a lot of things. I think fans simply watching the show in-studio back then had to sign releases, so I would bet that the interns/stunt boys have to as well. That's not a bulletproof agreement that lets you kick people in the nuts, but at the same time what kind of damages is he owed? Emotional distress?

You should upload the jingle contest from a few years back. Would be nice to have a nice long clip to listen to that covers those few weeks. As far as this topic is concerned, Travis clearly deserved to be suspended and possibly even fired. He assaulted a legally blind, retarded unpaid intern. To my knowledge, there were 2 jingle contests. They did the contest in 2005 & 2012. Not sure when I'm going to do them but I definitely want to do both as separate videos. Probably sooner rather than later.
