His bit on today's show about the Guac-off was an all time low. He went onto Covino and Rich, started calling people cunts, being an asshole, and submitted his butt buddy's guac as his own.
This would be hilarious if it wasn't for the fact that we all know Roland dishes it out but can't take it (unless it's food going into his mouth).
I am a nobody listener, but I felt compelled to post this because he is just so hateable. The hate Roland inspires in us all, from the casual listener, to the mom in a minivan, the trucker, and the hardcore basement nerd, is possibly the greatest unification among random people in history.

That was a hilarious segment. Roland takes more shit than the average talent booker. He isn't an on-air personality and yet he killed it on air and I thoroughly enjoyed the segment. So now we're just going to trash Roland whether he deserves it or not based on the idea that he gets preferential treatment? That's stupid.

Name another talent booker in the history of radio that takes fat jokes on at least a weekly basis. Not to mention that many of the guests he has brought on the show have been trashed, cancelled, and my personal favorite, "franchised out" to Sam and Erock.
So yeah, compared to the average talent booker, Roland puts up with alot of shit. When he acts like a baby, or actually gets preferential treatment, listeners are right to hate on him and call it out. But when he actually has a good bit or brings on a good guest, he deserves some credit.
