I want so badly for it to be real, and for most of the clip it sounds legit. The moment that makes it questionable for me is later in the bit when Opie says something like "I'm getting a headache, I need an aspirin", and the caller immediately quips, "Take an Excedrin migraine, 'cuz I'm gonna need one after this!"
