I've looked into it before, and he didn't have a stroke or a heart attack. You would be in the hospital for several days at a minimum if you had one and he only spent one day in a hospital.

It's possible that Ant had some sort of heart testing or procedure done - he could have had an angioplasty in a day. But it's in all likelihood just a stupid message board rumor that has grown over the years, unless there's any proof to the contrary.

Why don't you just call the show and ask. Is there a reason to lie about an 11 year old heart attack? Surely there's no need for hiding anything anymore. Didn't Opie confirm this in an interview anyway? Actually, where's Melinda, go ask her. All this information is out there. It's not a message board rumor that's grown and needs to be disproved.
