That's so nice of Bob Levy....

to totally go out of his way to call into the show this morning and talk about his friend out of genuine sincerity and not out of attention or neediness.

His friend just died. Give the guy a break.

but he still managed to call-in and come off the way he did.

Oh fuck you guys, he was friends with the guy for 20+ years.

The guy is grieving for fucks sake.

This place is really the worst.

Ding ding ding ding ding

Give this man a cigar

I would have respected him had Levy not made it about himself.

I have no idea how funny or "powerful" Otto and George was, but I highly doubt that Bob Levy is in the same league.

(I hate autocorrect).

Whenever I think of Bob Levy, I always go back to Artie Lange's classic rant: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FVNlH27rADI

Jeeeezus. I love Bob Levy the character, but I hate that he's not a character.

Hahahahah damn Artie was on a roll.

Wow that's great

Artie was on fire right there

That's a continuing theme any time Bob is on the phone.

i hate levy... but is there audio if this on youtube

Levy is the real life Chip Chipperson. He exists only to make a complete ass of himself, but he thinks he's being hilarious.

The most dehumanizing part about having to listen to the guy is when O&A just say "mmhmmm" and "right" as he's blathering on. It's so obvious that they think he's a cunt.

He's a needy twat that turned it into "those comics on tv can't carry half my dick" within five minutes, then grouped himself in with Jimmy, Nick and Patrice moments later. I hope he gets run over by a firetruck at his next gig.

And the whole "we gotta do a benefit for the guy" but I have no expectation he would stand up like bill burr did for patrice and actually do it, versus just saying it for the air and not following through.

I thought he was bringing up the benefit so that O&A or Burr etc. would put in all the work and he could jump on at the end and say it was all his idea.

But that would infer he thinks even 1 step ahead.

Holy shit, listening to this right now. It's making me so uncomfortable. What an absolute dickhead he is.

Levy plugging his tour dates at the end of his call on Brother Wease's show today reached new levels of atomic dickheadedness and scumbaggery. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Co_yWmPqlq8

I feel bad hating on Levy for this, because despite him not being funny, he sounds like a good friend and a good dude.

"fuckin' because you know what I mean?"

Did he seriously just say that he was powerful and knows comedy?

I did like the idea of establishing an "Otto Petersen Fun" to raise money for his family.

Dammit. Now that hack is calling in to Ron & Fez.

Of course he is.

Levy didn't come off as opportunistic at all, that's how great his call was.

Haven't heard Levy's call yet was it really that annoying?

When have you heard a non-annoying Levy call

The bobo cab driver story and the first lady di man bit. That's about it

It made me wish I was Otto

There's still time.

Levy is unfortunately only funny when he's not trying to be funny. Even worse, He basically only calls in when he's trying to be funny.

Levy is unfortunately only funny when he's not trying to be funny

THIS. It's the Jerry Lewis syndrome.

Do you think anyone will care when Bob dies?

keep posting negative thread after negative thread.

Can he seriously talk without saying fuck every 2 seconds? Kind of takes away from the sincerity

We get it. EVERYTIME Levy calls it is because he is ONLY a needy guy. Fuck him for calling in to remenise a dead friend. What was he thinking, you know, lementing the loss of a great mind and peer. What a needy loser douche gayqueer.

Fuck Levy. That dirtbag must have calling every single fucking morning radio show this morning to "share" his stories. Even Bob & Tom seemed had it with him, and they're two of the nicest radio guys in the business. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Co_yWmPqlq8

Levy made me actually care LESS about Otto's passing.

You suck.
