O&A has turned into conservative talk radio.

Is it me, or do they talk about black people, health care, taxes, foreign policy, lower/middle/upper class ever day?
I'm not saying that I don't agree with some of the things they say, but holy fuck.

For years now, these guys have talked about 'the world they know'. Now that they are getting older (ha ha), the worlds they know are; Anthony - their wealth and guns, and how to keep both, Opie - parenting, and what is best for the future of your children, Jimmy - free speech and the ability to speak your mind.
I am about the same age as them, so I have kind of grown up and old at the same pace as them, so I enjoy hearing their views on this stuff. I don't always agree with them, and it does go on a little long, but better than listening to them interview some awful guest, or hear them bitch about management. That gets real old.

It's not so much about what they are talking about and more about how much they beat a dead horse. Over and over again.

Politics are a good filler of time because people get so worked up and can talk about it for hours. Good bits aren't easy to come by without seeming forced.

Are you saying that if you have a wife and kids on your insurance plan, your insurance doesn't get dropped?

People with family plans are getting their insurance dropped too. There's more to it than just child care.

Those aren't the only three things that make an insurance plan legal. I don't think you know what you're talking about.

Explain to me how a guy with a wife and kids doesn't have every one of those. If you can keep from buying an Opie shirt for a minute.

I'll ask you again, are those the only things that make a health care plan legal?
They're all sold out :(

You underestimate how shitty insurance companies are.

Oh? But I thought it was Obama's fault? I'm confused now.

To follow Ants train if thought, I'm not mentally ill so I hate how Obama is forcing me to buy mental health coverage on my insurance.

Has it?

Mission accomplished, Cumia!
For all the Opie-haters out there - it would be a lot worse than this and all the time if he wasn't there.

I wonder what the next call to revolution will be....
Bridge tolls to high?
Building doormen costing too much?

There's no legitimate challenge to anything Ant says. Jimmy only chimes in with diatribes about speech and Opie makes little comments here and there alluding to some center-left ideology. Any caller they take who wants to combat Ant is an absolute moron who cannot form a coherent argument about anything.

They're gearing up for regular radio. If you do talk radio on a terrestrial station, conservative talk is what pays the bills.
Both of them are pushing fifty, they're just transitioning into a format that will keep them employed for another ten years.

Fuck off, liberal cunt.
