I remembered one today and was hhhowling just thinking about it...
I think E-Rock was angry at Sal for messing with his stuff and shouted at Sal: "don't mess with my bag."
Then Ant jumped in with "the one you have to wear around your mouth?"

I still howl when I think of that.
There was another one more recently where I guess Erock was having some kind of trouble and Ant said something about one pair of footprints in the granite, referencing this famous poem about Jesus carrying you. I wish I could remember the exact words.

I'm having E-rock overload right now. There are literally THOUSANDS of instances running through my brain, and that's only from 2013. One that stands out was when Opie gave out E-rocks number while he was at Disneyland, and Ant/Jim started running through tons of Disney rides with E-rock name twists. "Tower of Tiramisu", among like 20 others.
