Why does Sam step all over Marion when she calls in speaking about Diana? Marion is my favorite/saddest part about about this whole crazy week. She is seemingly the only person who cares about Diana and hearing her talk about Diana and what she thinks needs to be done is very interesting. Plus shes hilarious. Shes talking about Diana and Sam asks her if she "shits herself" C'mon. Let the fucking lady talk, she doesn't have to be led anywhere this time.

Back in the 80's she was Di's ugly friend, now she only stays close to Di to feel better about herself. The level of her narcissism is just disgusting.

I feel like youre trolling me.

I'd rather listen to 10 Dianas than hear another Marion phoner.

But this dynamic is so interesting. Marion is her only friend in the whole world. She understands this might be the last chance to get Diana help and is also horrified by the fact that Diana is humiliating herself beyond imagine. Marion says she doesn't see Diana anymore, I wonder why. No one wants to be with the lady puking at 11am in front of Target. Poor Marion. Her only way to get any of this off her chest must be (besides her family) Opie and Anthony, of all people. When shes on the phone talking about Diana they should all just let her talk for a bit.

Lady Diana and Marion are two of the most unique people i have ever heard on radio and the fact that theyve become such a huge part of the show since resurfacing and the fact that this has been going on for years is amazing. This is why i listen to the radio.

Because Sam has become the worst type of character in talk radio: the self-entitled hole.

He thinks he's funny, he's not. He thinks the show should cover stories just because they're "hot" on Extra or TMZ. He's uneducated, but forces comments on news stories. He's the new Danny.

I figured that was going to be the response, but I personally like Sam. I understand your opinion completely though. Im just saying, I understand Marion needs to be lead in a certain direction but the actual life at home Diana is a world that is so fascinating, only Marion and Bill can let us in further. Marion has the dirt. Let her dish it.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of Sam, and this is one of the reasons. His arrogance leads to things like this. He's so convinced that he's superior to Marion, that he talks over her and tramples on a classic rambling with all of his I'm-so-witty insults that drop like lead balloons.

I suppose that it is arrogance.
