Opster admits on air today to having a private chef. Anyone else catch it?

Gregorio then said he'll prob get killed for admitting it. Not destroying him at all. There might be some good cook nuggets yet to be heard. The story, behind the story.......

He can afford it, whatever. All I knows is a cup of joe at the job site, and I'm happy!

"Pack me a ham and cheese and a container of coffee and I got no complaints..."

That would be great if Kenny was his cook. "Hey G, I made extra hamburger helper for this week, it's all labeled accordingly in the ice box."

G.h. Not G.

I think it is Ron Bennington with his Blue Apron meals.

Blue Apron is the shit

Sponsored by Mrs. Fields

He also acknowledged his $27 bomb. The Opester is more self-aware than a lot of people here think.

Yes! Was interested to see if anyone would mention it. He must be living in quite the apartment.

...You don't think the chef lives there, do you?

Of course. You think he hires a chef, waits for them to walk into his house and set up the kitchen, and then cook it inside his house just for the sake of one meal? The chef probably just lives there. I know a couple people who do that. Live-in chefs are a very common thing among the wealthy. I think sometimes we forget that Opie has a much higher net worth than Ant and just plays it down. He keeps his private life very private.

The job description of a private chef states that " the majority of private chefs work for a single family as a live-in employee."

Bear in mind there is a big difference between a personal and a private chef. A private chef tends to be live-in, and a personal chef is one that comes in the house for a couple days, makes the meals for the week, packages them for the owners to reheat, and leaves. He did however state he had a private chef.

Not in a Manhattan apartment. When Anthony had a private chef a few years ago, she also did not live in his home. A few times a week, she brought in meals that were prepared outside. This is not an unusual service in the NYC area.

No, he's technically right. Private chefs are chefs that are private to you only. They are basically butlers. I think what happened, though, is that many people call their personal chef their private chef, not realizing that there is a difference.

I do live on the west coast so perhaps it's different out here. Private chefs are live-in and personal chefs do as you mentioned. I was just confused since Op said private chef

There aren't really even live in nannies for the wealthiest NY families. Take a look at rent in manhattan, even on craigslist. I know Opie's building. His place is retardedly nice, but it's still not THAT big. No one wants some stranger sleeping right next to them if they don't have to.

Hasn't opie mentioned he owns most of his floor of the building though? I doubt the chef lives with him but it's definitely a possibility.

I find that hard to believe, but I'm calling BS on him not you... in other words, I bet you're right that he said it, but I doubt it's true unless it's by a technicality.

How does he have a much higher net worth? I'm not contesting it, just don't see how?

He hasn't had to pay an ex-wife and he has extra income from the F.H. Riley's restaurant. The restaurant might not make much, but I'm sure Anthony's alimony payments put him a good bit behind Opie's net worth.

Thanks for the reply.

According to CelebrityNetWorth.com Anthony is worth 5 mil against Opie's 10. How much was he paying her?!?! Or is that site a load of shit?

I've always heard that site is wildly inaccurate. A bunch of hooey, if you will.

That site is the biggest horseshit on the planet.

He needs someone to NutriBullet his leafy greens for him.

WHAT ABOUT THE BOOOST!?

Pretty common for people in his income bracket. Does Lynsi do anything?
