I'd call him friends with jimmy. I think a friend of the show would have at least 2/3 of their phone numbers. He definitely only has jimmys good boy phone number
Who Gives A Fuck. Opie and Anthony just do not matter that much in the general landscape of career-comedians, besides the few that get their niche audience from O&A, which was a thing that hit its ultimate height in probably 2008. Kevin Hart has already hit the big time, and if you have to ask if the O&A audience had any significant impact on his career blossoming, it means it didn't.
It's amazing how many people are blinded by their allegiance to the show that they can't accept anything that isn't a glowing endorsement of the show or its hosts.
It's just such a ridiculous and extinct radio-wars theater and fan-allegiance mentality that was a gimmick from the start, but nowadays, in the age of internet-news and downloadable and on-demand content and twitter, is just embarrassingly archaic, to try to get pretend exclusivity from celebrities or comedians, yuck.
Tracy is like Attell, Colin, and Breuer. They frequented both shows for years without any problems. Occasionally O&A will get a Howard heavy guest(Chris Rock, Norm, Spade) and sometimes Howard will get an O&A heavy guest(Amy, Louis, Patrice).

If the show could make people famous, Jimmy wouldn't have to still be promoting club dates where he worries if he will sell out or not.

What a weirdly angry response to a simple question.

He is. Now he's in every movie ever right now and too big for the program

He's a friend of the show until he goes on Howard's show instead of theirs. Then he's not a friend anymore like Tracey Morgan.
