Patton is like the nerdy version of Norton in the sense that he's so quick-witted and hilarious.

Jimmy was on his game today too. He and Patton can both be hilarious because they have such different styles that Jimmy doesn't get all bottled up and they can just play off each other.

Jimmy does seem to enjoy Patton's company more than other non-regular comedians

Holy fuck I was listening to some of them recently. Patrice angry at Burr because he thought he threw him under the bus on another show made for some of the best radio ever. I'd put it up against any of the best stand up performances ever.

The show needs more comics like him, doing full shows.

The show is always best when celebrities who are also fans come on the show. Like Ricky Gervais - I think he likes O&A because he remembers where he got started - a sorta small radio station in London (XFM) doing a different/weird/edgy show. Going on O&A must bring him back in some way.

I respect Gervais because he isn't one of those who is too big for the show, and he seems to genuinely be a fan of the boys. Same with Patton. I was surprised that Maria Menounos also seemed like a pretty knowledgeable fan.

I fucking loved Ricky's show on XFM. I used to listen to those over and over on deployment. So glad the world knows how amazing Karl Pilkington is now.

I forget how consistently hilarious he is.

He makes people around him funnier, I find. When he goes on shows I frequent, he stirs the pot in a right direction and sets up jokes continually. He knows when to stfu and challenges the normal path of breaks. I enjoyed todays show and loved his dad coming in and calming the panic of Flight 370. All around good show today. Sans Menounos... Skipped over that shit.

Once she dropped the beauty queen affect and actually got into the show, she was awesome. Classic Loveline is the only other radio show where hot chicks quickly dropped their press junket attitude and showed a sense of humor.

Jim's "Have you met any celebrities?" was hilarious, too.

Who cares if he doesn't like guns. He's genuinely funny and I liked that he was a fan of the show. He takes the standard potshots at "those crazy rightwingers" but it's not a schtick of his. And he was good (not funny good, acting good) in Walter Mitty.

Check out "Big Fan", he stars as a Bobo-esque obsessive sports radio listener, pretty dark, very strong performance.

He was good in Justified too.

Seeing as Feelin' Kinda Patton is one of the funniest comedy albums ever recorded (up there with Skanks for the Memories"), yeah I fully expected Patton to do well. He's one of the most consistent comedians in the business today.

One of the best guests in the show in a very very long time. Brings content like his dad, always has interesting things to contribute, and he's most certainty funnier than he was. I hope they have him back more often.
