This is going back a ways but what is the real story why Ben had to leave?

Now this is going back a ways but I've been and avid listener since 98 but there was a period of time during the XM days that I couldn't listen for about 3 months. I come back and no more cackling Ben, ahhhhhh dude ahhhh dude, and no real mention of what happened. I've heard a few stories but who knows the truth?

In the video of the walkover incident you can see just before the guy turns and grabs him that Ben lifted his hands, possibly spraying the guy with something. It looks like Jimmy even looked down at it.

After he was fired Ben was the one who came forward claiming to have the sex tape of Opie's wife and Bam Margera.
