Shut the fuck up O & A listeners young and old. I cannot believe how much whining and complaining is coming from grown men (I'm assuming) about a fucking radio show. I love O & A, I've been listening forever and have listened to as much as I can physically find on youtube from their past (except some of the WAAF BAB days because it's funnier to hear their comments on it.) Everybody has their own personal "why the show is going to die in a plane crash covered in aids," theory, most say it's Opie, some says it's ant, and some say jimmy. To you people I have a few questions:

First, why can't you realize what the show is for what it is? The show just doesn't really know what to do with itself as much anymore. Think back to all your favorite memories of the show, who was there? Was it just O, A, and Jim? Almost certainly not. Usually Louis, Billy, Bobby, Rich, Patrice, Jefferies, Quinn, Rogan (to name a few) were there or had something to do with the fun. Opie and Anthony are of course good. But realize that when they were at there best were when all these guys (except vos) weren't at their best. The reason they visited the show was to get exposure and have fun with OnA and Jim. But now they all have their own successful careers and don't do much but plug their dates or new projects when they get a new one. Those guys made O and A because they were funny and crazy like Opie and anthony.

Second, what would you be doing? If you had your own 4 hour radio show to do, 5 days a week with your two closest friends, what would you be doing? I have a podcast with a close friend and we can do 3-8 hours over the course of a weekend and then we want to break for awhile because we're afraid of going over the same topics. So, what would you do then? Would you be able to keep an audience for that long talking about jizz and shitting in buckets? It's just not as easy as you might think, is what I'm saying.

Thirdly, what do you expect the show to be every time you turn on the radiOnA? You have the power to schedule the show for the whole month with this question, what would you rather see them doing? Bringing prostitutes in and having them shove bats in their snatches (in front of 50 year old men) every day? Opie getting up and smashing the shit out whatever someone brings in the studio while screaming at the top of his lungs? Anthony doing flawless impressions of everybody who has ever spoken? Jimmy delivering perfect lines? Original bits EVERY SINGLE DAY? NEVER repeating them selves? What would you do to schedule the show according to your asinine demands.

Fourth, do you think siriusxm is a golden land for shock jocks? Because it isn't. Ever hear opie say how he misses some of the stuff they used to be able to do on terrestrial radio? Because some of it was better, ultimately they couldn't swear, but there was a lot of other cool stuff they could do. At satellite they are representing a company, so the company gets to decide on regulations, the SCC (sirius communications commission, if you will.) This means that there is simply a lot of stuff they can't do anymore. As an aside, even if they could, do you really think 2 over 50 year olds (one with two kids) and a comic trying to turn his life around would really want to do that stuff EVERY day? Who are you maniacs?

Fifth, what do you think a radio show is? Everyone loves to complain about how they repeat subjects. But if you think about it from their point of view, it's beneficial to repeat subjects. Pretend that you have to give a presentation of the last 20 years of the company to your boss who was just hired. And then imagine that boss being able to leave whenever he wants and you just have to keep giving this presentation to a string of new bosses (this analogy is falling apart). Opie and anthony and jim repeat themselves on many subjects (opie's major opinions on free speech, anthony's opinions on racial discrimination, jimmy's opinions on both of those plus addiction) they are doing characters and if a whole group of new potential listeners tunes in, as would happen in radio, they want to not only repeat what they are doing on that current show, but also want to inform the listeners that this is what they'll find on the OnA show. If you don't believe me, go listen to any of them on different programs, there's two great JRE's with Jimmy and another great JRE with Opie. They change so much when they aren't on the show because it's not all on them. Anthony is way different on red eye too, or when ant does his Live from the compound shows. They are doing that shit on purpose guys, so fucking relax about repeating themselves.

Finally, who gives a shit? Sure you'll be bummed that you don't have something to listen to everyday, just like I won't, but maybe that opens up time for you during the day to do something else like listen to a podcast (like mine shameless self plug) or check out another show (even though OnA listeners say everything else sucks but the shitty, horrible, fucking awful, piece of shit, dogshit, fuckwad, opieruinsit.com, anthonyneedstodie, jimmyshouldgetaids, opiehasgivenup.org, opiesucks, opieblows, opie should get anally siezed in prison, ihateopieandanthony, Opie and Anthony show.)

Or maybe you could just not listen for a few months and come back to it, instead of coming on here and becoming exactly what they hate. "BLAWG BLAWG BLAWG, I DON'T LIKE THIS, BLAWG BLAWG BLAWG, MY OPINION SHOULD BE LAW, BLAWG BLAWG BLAWG."

Jesus you fucks, I'm as big of a fan as you, and I don't bitch one bit because I respect the fact that a radio show is supposed to be fun, not my daily cup of coffee. AND I EVEN DO A SHOW and hope the listeners enjoy it. I hope my listeners never turn into you bitchers from hell.
