i always hated shuli on stern.

Most of Jimmy's openers are trash. He always gets girls that just do hacky 'dirty girl' jokes. Maybe he does it on purpose. You'd much rather follow someone eating a dick than taking down the house.

I could definitely see jimmy choosing someone for that exact reason. He seems to be intimidated by comics being better than him.

shuli opened at the dice and jimmy show at the beacon a few months ago. I always found the guy incredibly douchey and hacky, but his set wasnt that bad. The audience seemed to like him too.

Shuli shows up on Jay Thomas on Friday, so I guess if Ira shows up on O&A, then the Opster can return the favor. I guess.

Half of Howard's staff use his show/after show to promote their terrible comedy gigs. Ronnie the limo driver, Shuli, Sal, Richard... They all use Howard's name and show to get/promote their own gigs. (Bob Levy used to also but I guess he's been cut off).

I don't really listen to howard anymore unless I hear he's having a guest on I'm interested in so I dunno if Shuli (or anyone for that matter) mentioned Norton.

Howard doesn't want to be associated with 'dirty' comedy, good or bad, since he's convinced himself that AGT can make him America's Sweetheart.

Yup god forbid they try and get anything going other than washing the kings balls. It's a good thing they still do to. You know, with how he stopped anyone from using the show to promote gigs for some side money. Stopping anyone from doing better radio than him on his channel. Taking out any form of better humour heard on his channel. Cause, you know, he always said he cares about his guys and wants them to do well. He would never impede on anyone's right to make a buck. He's such a fucking faggot.

Sal and Richard tried to do so much just getting out there and having fun. Doing something "for" the fans and howard puts the kibosh on it. They had a simple little cooking show on youtube that was whatever and they haven't posted anything in months because Howie didn't like it. Fucking done with his lies and faggotry. Everything's me me me and nobody has the balls to say anything.

That's the way these free market systems work. If you want to work for a tyrant boss ya gotta do what he says or risk being fired. According to his show, though, he had no problem with them using his name until it started causing in-fighting within the staff. They were missing days for gigs that they promoted on the show, selling shit with Howard's name on it that he didn't sign off on, auctioning off chances to come visit the show without running it by Howard, etc. Howard's argument was that people that work for him need to be there when he needs them there and anything that has his name on it needs to be signed off on by him since it will be a representation of him/his program. If that stuff is true then I don't blame him for telling them to cool it. At the end of the day their jobs needs to be priority one.

I'm sorry to say that as a guy who hung on every word of that show that this is completely false. In-fighting is music to Howies ears. He was pissed it was going on in another show, not his. Auctioning off chances to sit in? They have been doing that for years and Howard always makes it seem like he doesn't know but he does. Missing days? Hardly. A major breaking point in the show and a blatant view into the psychosis of that asshole is when hurricane sandy came around. A ton of his staff decided to not come in an he took that as a fuck you rather than "oh he wants to be with his family/they live in jersey." Since then, old hop along howie started taking things away. Selling things with his name on it? Never. They all knew from the stuttering john days that if anyone ever used his name you would get an assreaming. Aside from one promoter using his image on a website to buy tickets by mistake it was never used. It was something harmless and fun for the fans. Howie being the ultimate narcissist he is he saw a little fun thing guys had to put on a show and make extra money (cause they are employees of sirius and don't get paid well just like how Sam is paid shit) he took it as a slight against him and stomped it out. Free market or not the guy is a fucking asshole who has been lying through those big fucking white chompers for decades.

Another thing to show how much he just doesn't care about anyone. Much like how O&A have been saying for years "Wait and see what loyalty gets you in the Stern compound." Guys he's worked with for 20 years doing his Tv show get disbanded and got the boot. He shut everything down not even so much as a passing mention on the air. Guys who gave him hours of radio. Guys who would sit in on creative meetings. The guys who lit and shot him all of those days in radio they were gone for maybe 3-4 months. Did they get an invitation to the grand dick sucking that was birthday bash? Not a fucking chance. Zach Braff and Lena Dunham were there thank god Louis got paid to be there but the guys he has known for 20+ years? Fuck em.
