How fucking long is it going to take this company to fix this piece of shit app?? I can't listen to Scott Shannon today because the app keeps crapping out when they start talking about The Todd Show.

Mine kept saying data connection lost. I'm not losing a data connection. I had to fire up the online page on the computer.

I've never once seen an android update in the year that I've had this app. My flashlight up updates more. Its a total lack of caring for their customers.

It's either that or the CEO hired his 15 year old nephew that read "iPhone Application Development For Dummies" to make the stupid fucking app. It's so frustrating.

I've had the app for maybe 3 years... I remember one, maybe two updates ever. The only things they changed seemed to be cosmetic. I don't think I've ever encountered such a terrible app, especially one that's subscription based.

The last hour was probably the best of the show, and for the app to take a shit then is just ridiculous. SiriusXM sucks a dick.

I'm right with you buddy. Fucking sticks at the gay Intro to the Todd show with Eric talking about the parrot. All of these years and Sirius can't fix this fucking channel.

If I remember correctly, when O&A met with the new CEO, he told them the app was a disaster bc Sirius hired an incompetent company. Then they said that no fix is coming soon.
It really doesn't make any sense, but Sirius has always hired the same chumps who ruined regular radio, such as Tim Sabean and Mel Karmazin, so it's no surprise that they would drop the ball on listening online, just like regular radio did.
The only good thing about their on-demand service is that it cuts out the ads (which is pretty stupid since Sirius could make a lot of revenue).

I remember them talking about that on the show too. That was a few months ago though. I Tweeted them and they responded, but I know that won't fix shit. I don't have sirius in my car so the app is my only means to listen to the show. Its also insane that they raised prices when they can't deliver the service 100%.

The only influence executives at that level have on an app is that they say there should be one, and to pester the teams responsible if they believe it sucks. It's not their fault the app sucks, it's their fault the sucky app hasn't been fixed yet.

Stuff like this makes them deserve the alternate sources out there.

I wonder... since I use the On Demand to listen inside a cell shielded building which will happen first, will the app error out or will the app stop and give me the option to "keep listening" to the content on my phone! Good lord if the app isn't streaming from their servers there shouldn't ever be a need for me to pull my phone out of my pocket, turn on the screen and then hit "keep listening".
