louis c.k. question

the youtube user erikmindset has hours of amazing audio with louis c.k. on the show ... some are from mid 2000's and some are the recent appearances ... in the older clips he was clearly a regular part of the show and probably the same "level" of fame as the guys as opposed to now .... i am fascinated with that type of transformation was there a specific year (and possibly episode) where they began to notice? it's cool someone's rise is so well documented because these clips span 2006- to present ... and i don't mean when jay mohr noticed him acting differently with ricky gervais in the room btw

The first time my friends who aren't O&A fans payed attention to Louie was his famous Conan O'Brien video where he talks about how everything is amazing and nobody is happy. This first aired in 2009, I believe.

yeah i would say this was the time, it just blew people away because nobody ever heard the louie style comedy before.

Hi. It would probably be around the end of 2010 or early 2011. When Louis' FX show started to take off.

Louie started surpassing their level of fame in 2009 and really pulled mid 2010: http://www.google.com/trends/explore#q=opie%20and%20anthony%2C%20%2Fm%2F049fgvm%2C%20bill%20burr&cmpt=q

Our friend billy burr started rising above them late 2012 and still climbing.

You can tell by the graph that we really are just fans of sinking ship.

thats a very cool little thing you got there, never used it before, thanks for showing it

does it work with any word? or does it have to be a known 'term'? very nice regardless

Agreed, works with anything apparently. Surprisingly jimmy has stayed stagnant

They're not sinking. They've never been as famous as Louie and Burr to sink from that level.

Also, there generally isn't much reason to search for opie and anthony on google. These stand ups get searched out more because people are looking for their specials and video clips.
