Jimmy calling the UK 'England'.

I love Jimmy but is anyone else getting really annoyed when Jimmy thinks the whole of the UK is England?

Yes, I'm outraged. I might open up some threads about this topic on other sites. I'm going to set things right here.

Jerk off.

I'm not. But I don't live on an island.

OH MY GOD I'm glad someone finally pointed this out. Whenever Jimmy does this I get violently ill and have to lie down for about 20 minutes to recover.

Yes the small things like this that go unnoticed by the everyday fan yet drive people like us CRAZY when one of the hosts says something so wrong as fact. You just want jump through your radio into the studio and smack them. Like one time Jimmy stated that "Islam was created in the 1500s" and then said that the crusades (referring to the third crusade) happened "in like 1650" and then started citing Kingdom of Heaven (a movie that actually got most of the facts right) as proof that the crusades happened 400 YEARS! after they really did.

Ok end of my whogivesafuck criticism

Jim can be a moron. Just like how he disgustedly says he'll never play in "England", probably because one guy from somewhere in Europe didn't like him or something.

this is a good point and shouldnt be downvoted. Jimmy doesnt have feelings on these subjects, he just thinks on whats an interesting Contrarion stance to take on it e.g. his NSA stance

You do realize his NSA stance is actually really fucking common outside the Reddit /r/worldnews echochamber, right? It's not contrarian at all.

/r/worldnews is the definition of a neckbeard circlejerk gone wild.

Im not saying people dont have different opinions on different subjects from different perspectives, i'm saying he doesnt believe it and is holding an "against the grain" attitude towards it and I know that as a scientific fact because im slightly magical with this kind of shit

Or because he doesn't think he'll get a draw

Opie kept saying Rob Ford was speaking before "Parliament".

They do have a Canadian parliament. So he's got that going for him. It was probably the house of commons though, which is generally a part of parliament.

Doesn't the UK consist of England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales?

So if he is talking about England, and not the rest, then he is correct.
