"I really like that bit where Louis talks about being rich like a white person, which means that he'll stay rich, instead of rich like in stereotypes about certain underprivileged ethnic minorities, who make a lot of money but then end up losing all of it and becoming broke. He's glad he's not [insert ethnic slur referring to a certain minority] rich."
The fact that the guy wouldn't use 'nigger' or even 'n-word' and resorted to an even more obscure roundabout way of explaining a joke, when Louis CK himself makes it a point of saying 'nigger' and even talks about it as an act of genuine honesty in comedy, is what was really despicable for me at least.
I don't think his usual audience really gets him. Any time I have linked an O&A Louis bit to a Louis fan, the response has basically been "why does he hang out with those awful guys?"
I think Louis used to kind of play it up for the O&A audience, or to fit in with the atmosphere of the show, back in his old appearances. I remember one time he told an anecdote about how he had a show after he had a good appearance on O&A, and one of his friends was like "what are all these meatheads doing here?". He literally used the word "meatheads".
He obviously has a genuine appreciation for the show, though.

It said something like:

Except it was even longer than that.

Exploiting white guilt can earn you some sweet karma on this website. If you have the means, I highly recommend it.

And that's how people word things when they think downvotes/upvotes actually mean anything. Redditors certainly are a "different kind of person".

I think the "new" kind of Louis CK fan is the same thing as the "old" kind. O&A listeners have never been his usual audience
