For a bit more back-story on that book - one of the three creators is Crystal English Sacca. She's the wife of Chris Sacca who is a tremendously successful ex-Google exec and venture capitalist. He was one of Twitter's first investors, and also cashed out a bunch of other investments in recent years.
When this wine book debued it sold very well becasuse of the network of contacts available to the authors. Having it promoted on O&A seems like a strange fit because they don't need the exposure.
