Who writes Bobo's lines?

Super Show 2 reminded me that I wanted to get to the bottom of this. i remember during a previous appearance Bobo went off script and Ant mentioned how he wasn't so funny without his material. And for some reason i think there was a joke about the puppetmaster being black, but that may be my warped memory. What's the haps?
