I'm not playing tough, I'm suggesting you ignore someone's untimely death instead of seeking gossip like a school girl.

So in other words "how dare you discuss something from the show"

What's an-ex producer dying have to do with the show? And if so, what's the cause of death have to do with it?

I remember during a show in the middle of last year Jim made a reference to him drinking himself to death. Which was followed by silence and then Jimmy saying something like 'That just slipped out.' But that's all I have.

Yes, he made a quip about "Suicide Steve", which didn't really mean anything at first, but it all became very awkward afterwards.

I usually don't over analyse anything on the show, but the silence after his comment was so severe I'd say if ant and opie's mouths fell open any more, you'd hear them thud on the console.

Eh, I mean, I don't think it was something worthy of dumping, it was completely accidental.

They didn't dump it because I doubt anyone near a dump button has even thought of pressing it in years so they'd miss it even if they tried. Also it wouldn't be worth dumping.

There probably is a police report. But police reports aren't generally published online. You'd have to find out what municipality he died in (based on what was said its probably a small town), and then you'd have to go to that town's police department/sheriff's office and ask for it. Since its a small town they won't give it to you; you'd probably need to file a FOIL request, and that might even be denied. So its too much of a hassle to go through with it.

Most police reports that you read about in newspapers are actually obtained from court documents. Since this never went to court you definitely have to go the long way around.

I literally just found out about this rumor yesterday so sorry if this has been discussed to death, sorry. But I think the fans of this show would have gone down there without question. The fact that there is nothing out there leads me to believe it didn't happen.

Well, a police report would be filed just the same for a natural death.
