What's more important is, why can't they buy a cheap video camera and hire VideOnA to do maybe an hour long video podcast each week.

Laziness.

I think that they approach the show with the mindset that if SXM wants a bigger audience, SXM should pay for the marketing and associated costs to get that audience, period. So SXM most likely won't pay to maintain it just because - they'd want to take something away.

At this point OnA aren't trying to max out their ratings, and SXM doesn't expect them to. Most people don't know this, but SXM does not actually judge shows by their listener numbers like a terrestrial station would.

Because nobody goes to actual websites, they use FB or Twitter. What would you or I go to an OnA website for?

And fuck you for asking this.

What's wrong with asking this? And only about 15% of Americans over 18 even use Twitter. How are people supposed to get into a show or introduce others when there's like 8 different sources to find show recaps, upcoming guests, and in studio pictures/video - not to mention there are four different twitter feeds to follow if you include Sam.

Anytime you question something about the show, even if it's not a big deal, people instantly start to hate you and the downvotes come. It's like this corporate loyalty for the show. Console wars are the same thing.

I really wasn't even implying that there was something wrong with the show. They used to have an official website (two if you count the Foundry website), but I am legitimately curious why they got rid of it. I thought maybe SiriusXM told them they couldn't have one, or the last one was a dud so they just stopped having one.

And that's enough to warrant a downvote. This community is awful.

I don't have a twitter or FB account. thats why i have to come here and get my info from you miserable fucks

I don't have FB either, and I got a Twitter account just so I could follow up on something they'd talked about on their show while I was driving awhile back - but I normally just tune out when they talk about Twitter stuff now.

Nothing at all wrong with asking. But fuck you.

I tend to agree with you, but I guess they could sell merch on there, announce friends of the show's tour dates ect. I mean Opie is doing a fine job selling iPhone pictures on his own, but if I wanted a TShirt or Demented World CD where else could I go?

Somewhere to fuck yourself in private.

Sorry, I don't know what came over me.

Nature of this sub I guess, no harm.

Yah kidding?!?!
