Looking for a particular show/bit.

Howdy, there's a bit that I loved that I want to upload to Youtube but cannot find it and trying to navigate oarundowns is horrible. It's a 2012 (maybe 2011 show). It's a bit in a NOPIE show, where Sam, Jimmy and Ant talk about creating awkward situations, which lead to Anthony talking about wanting to ruin his sister's dance recital "Pair of Wooden Shoes" dance. I cannot find it. Need help!

I remember that, Ant said he wanted to just yell gibberish, and everybody shared how weird self-destructive urges are.

I remember listening to it when I was away at a conference, would have been May of 2012.

They went on to talk about how weird life is that you can do something at any moment to completely ruin your life (Sam mentioned pushing a woman in front of a subway), but there's nothing you can do at any given moment to make your life perfect the rest of your life.

It was one of my favorite segments.
