There was a released sex tape with Bam in it but the girl was his long-time girlfriend, Jenn Rivel. She's in so much of CKY and Viva La Bam

Yes, Steve committed suicide, but he most likely suffered with suicidal ideation/depression his entire life and the death can't be placed on the show.
