i've heard that criss angel has a secret twin.
penn & teller had a tv show in the UK called "fool us" in which magicians would come on and try to do a trick penn & teller couldn't figure out. one involved a twin and without spoiling the trick penn asked "could teller and i perform this trick?" and the magician replied "thank you for your time."
there were 2 in total.. I remember one was just a horseshit technicality where a guy did such a simple trick with cards in envelopes but he added unnecessary things to the trick so he knew they would guess the obvious and you can tell Penn didnt want to give it to him. And the other was some dumb card trick.
Are you sure there were only 2? He mentioned the one today with the 2 Scandinavians that Johnny Thompson specifically helped to misdirect P&T. The other card trick I think you mean is actually quite good, where a signed, selected card appears upside down inside a new sealed deck. That's a Shawn Farquhar effect.
i seem to recall those jerkoffs who pretended to be victorian also "fooled" them although it seemed like they also were using multiple methods and red herrings specifically to fool penn & teller which actually were unnecessary for the trick.

To be fair, Robert Angier had a lot of "twins" as well.

I would have figured Copperfield, as when I saw him live he did pretty much the same trick the twins did, just a lot more showy.
