You don't get it. Any time the other guys do something you don't like, it's a scandal. Same way everyone is jumping on Christie. None of the political parties want him anywhere near the White House because he doesn't toe the party line. So they have been bad-mouthing him all over the place, and are thrilled at the bridge thing.
I think it's hilarious that they've made the Benghazi narrative: "the movie story was a big lie." It wasn't. There were people rioting in multiple cities because of that movie. The consulate was also tweeting about the movie in reaction to those riots before they were attacked. I do think that chaos was taken advantage of to launch a coordinated attack though.
It was terribly handled, but there's definitely no "directly Obama's fault" kind of scandal that they're looking for
Yes, but he doesn't view those wars as unnecessary. So I assume he views those casualties the same way you'd view the casualties of a war you did agree with.
Doesnt change the fact that he hated George Bush and always made fun of him. Did you listen to the show in 2005-2007? He would get just as angry over Bush as he does over Democrats. Basically thought he was retarded and also did a great impression of course.
The little controversy that couldn't. Right wingers keep trying to make a big deal out of it as if it's going to hurt Hillary in 2016, meanwhile the left continues not to care. Enough already.
So yes I don't see what is so controversial about this either. I see it on the news and I see these people OUTRAGED over nothing. How dare Susan Rice say that!?
From what I see in the news, one side claims it was terrorists who did it, and another side claims it was Al-Qaeda responsible. Either way, terrorists were involved. So what's the big deal?
The whole issue with Benghazi was that it was a secret CIA base. So when it was attacked they made up a BS story so the fact that it was a CIA base wouldn't get out. Republicans and Democrats both are dumb
Doesn't every country assume every other country's espionage service is located in their embassies?
Plus, it's real easy for anyone to blame the CIA for their bad behavior, since the CIA probably isn't going to comment one way or another. They can kill anyone and just claim they were a CIA agent and the US is going to say, "no he wasn't, he was a soil consultant" and move on.
That's why the CIA annex was about a mile away from the consulate (said consulate has been referred to as a diplomatic post/facility, and it has also been speculated that it too was a CIA building). Both were attacked.

Not sure if serious...

These scandals are all a distraction from the next NAFTA-style trade agreement coming up, the TPP.

Does Ant ever bring up the thousands of soldiers who were killed in the unneeded Bush (and Obama) wars?

Ant hated George bush and made fun of him constantly when he was in office.

I've heard him defend the wars in the past

Except one side initially blamed rioters that were enraged over a shitty movie.

True, but so what? Explain to me why this is such a big "firestorm"? It's a big deal over nothing.
-3 nochinzilch 2014-01-10
What difference does that make?
And wasn't one of the main sources for the scandalous information eventually discredited?
1 BusterFartbox 2014-01-10
You are correct. Cunts are down voting you.

If you're gonna run a secret CIA black site I think there's better locations for it than at a public place like a consulate.
1 LarryNozowitz 2014-01-10
Seems like the perfect place if no one suspects it, eh
