I'd highly recommend Bob Kelly's YKWD podcast in the meantime...

Lots of themes on this subreddit of "the golden years of OnA", mostly being due to the amazing comics that were on... I checked out YKWD when it was first out, and it has come a long way since then. Some of the comedians on there are genuinely as funny and quick hanging out as Burr, Patrice, etc. (Any episodes with Joe List and Dan Soder are usually great). Every once in a while Bobby goes on an awful pontificating pseudo-philosophical diatribe, but that's about it.

I tried getting into it recently when Troy was on as I really wanted to hear about his GF's death. It was unlistenable, and they wouldn't let Troy talk. It was super ADD, and try hard. The only ADD radio I can take is o&a.

Same here. O and A don't always have perfect shows, but listening to comic-led podcasts reminds me how O and A are such good broadcasters.

If Bob Kelly were interesting or funny I would totally check it out.

Joe Bobby Dan was the lineup w/ the occasional special guest (see: Keith Robinson) and everyone would keep everyone in line...Small subset of episodes...(maybe 20) but very funny.

As stated - the ones on there now are try hards...none of the subtlety of radio and the cast just has no flow. no breaks just rambling most of the time...and its rambling from unfunny people

Love Bobby and Dan, can't take the incredible amount of bombing among the rest. Too many people talking over eachother, no one ever really gets going. Used to LOVE the episodes with Bobby and Derosa, not a fan of Kelly Fastuca

he ruined it with all the nobodys, him derosa and soder was a great short line up.

I used to subscribe and it was my go to podcast after I was current with o and a. I loved joe and bobby talking about inane shit like going on about sandwiches. Once joe left the only episode I listened towas Troy quan. When there are so many people everyone tries to shit on one another and since you don't even know who anyone is its just a mess.

Dead on. Love what Bawby's done with that show in terms of bringing in new funny talent. The Troy Quan episode was nuts, and today's ep with Cowhead was great as well.

Too much laughing for me.

I like this podcast but I really wanted to hear more troy on the recent episode. Very interesting!

Right?! Especially hearing him talk about drugs, I always loved Troy stories

I'd highly recommend avoiding it. Good guy, but he's just not that compelling.

I like it ok now but when it was Joe Derosa, Dan Soder and Bobby it was the perfect podcast.

That's one of the reasons I never tired of hearing Derosa on O&A, it's because I missed him being on YKWD.
