Over the course of an hour on the air it becomes obvious Ron is indeed tired of Fez's nonsense, though it's not clear if there are definite plans to split up the dynamic duo. Eventually Fez breaks down during a live read and pleads with Ron "not to do it." Ron tells him to have some some self respect. It's some of the most embarrassing and awkward radio ever.
