That was the unfunniest parody song I've ever heard in my life. If that was on Jocktober; Jesus Christ, I can't imagine how much they would tear into it.
Breuer is a clean comic now with a family. His demographic is no longer The Opie & Anthony crowd even though he continues to be a great guest. I personally have no problem with the song. Its not my thing but then again I'm probably not Breuer's target audience. I love how some of you call him a sell out as if none of you have changed over the years either. If all Breuer did was half baked, pot jokes then he'd be a hack. This song might be bad but it doesn't make him a hack sell out.
The song really wasn't that bad either. It's a parody rock song for parents and Breuer never tried to sell it as anything else. Hell, he knew that it wasn't anything for O&A's audience either because he didn't even bring it up in the first place.
Even if Breuer has become a PG comic, I'd rather have him on than most comics out there. He's been a friend of the show forever and he's a great storyteller/impressionist.
I don't think this is that bad coming from bruer. I've never seen bruer as that edgy of a comedian. This would be bad if it was coming from someone like Florentine. it's probably coming with age along with teenage daughters that he wants to transition to a Brian Regan role. His last special seemed really PG.
how could making a movie be selling out?, so dave chappelle sold out too? not everyone is patrice and burns every bridge, he's just an older dude, everyones dad does cringey things, your acting like its louie touring a christmas metal album.
Chappelle took off to Africa instead of selling out. He gets a pass no matter what he does after that shit, but no, you don't see him doing family christmas albums.
He just went on a two-week African safari with James Hetfield but now we're supposed to buy his shitty Christmas song on iTunes because his wife remodeled the kitchen (according to Opie).
When Opie gave him the "way to go" for being a douchebag to his kid, I knew my instincts were right. He comes across like one of those dads that thinks screaming at his kids and not letting them be with their friends is somehow going to make them a better person.
That was the weirdest part of the entire segment. The O&A guys are the types to complain about how kids are coddled these days by overprotective parents and everything needs to be planned out by the parents with proper supervision. Then once Breuer starts talking about how he's exactly that type of parent, they're all for it.
And people hated/downvoted my thread calling him a hack on here a few days ago, speaks volumes of opie that he kissed his arse for an hour too "WERE DADS NOW AMIRITE BREUER? TELL US A STORY IN A FUNNY VOICE" get the fuck out

If you thought that was the "unfunniest" perhaps you forgot last years Denis Leary bomb
11 lesbian_ham 2013-12-04
Dennis Leary could be the unfunniest person that has ever existed, including Osama Bin Laden, Hitler, and Jeffrey Dahmer.

I think my prostate just shuddered.

Thank you, that song was absolutely awful. I really hope they were there thinking "Wtf is this shit" deep down inside. Kids really change you

You're absolutely right. They have no integrity whatsoever.

As a parent, it sucks.

You're right that the song isn't bad. It's awwwwffffullllllll.

His daughter sounds like she's going to be knocked up before 18.
9 krbin 2013-12-04
Nah, all sounded like normal kid stuff to me.
2 CasinoIndian 2013-12-04
The combo of spoiled and willingness to lie sounds a little more pungent than normal.

A Christmas parody song? Nobody wants that.

He did Half Baked, dude. It's the ultimate sell-out.

Exactly, if he "sold out" it would be now, not for being in a pretty popular film. Although I disagree, he's just a family comedian doing corny shit.

I wonder if Breuer got into gambling or something

Go fuck yourself, Breuer.
0 Kennigit 2013-12-04
Hetfield probably paid for most of that.
2 drunk8gods 2013-12-04
Yeah...fuck him.
2 teapotcat 2013-12-04
I couldn't listen to the song when they played it on air but overall though I enjoyed Breuer's appearance.
1 rymrr934 2013-12-04
I'm glad I'm not the only one disgusted by that song. It's the first time Jim really let me down and I even watched that documentary with his dad.
1 Happy_ScrappyHeroPup 2013-12-04
I've never found Breuer particularly entertaining, but I'm such a small minority among OnA fans that I'm clearly missing something.
1 DerpSherpa 2013-12-04
Isn't Breuer's wife overly religious, or did I imagine hearing this once?
0 rahtin 2013-12-04
Breuer really grossed me out.

2 schwoogiejoe24 2013-12-04
yeah no one should be a parent or prevent their kids from turning into gobble queens at age 12.
4 rahtin 2013-12-04
That doesn't prevent it.
It just makes sure she sneaks around and sucks dick outside instead of maybe having a normal relationship with a boy

Jim Breuer is the same type of hack like Metallica.
