Sirius XM should give the radios away free to attract subscribers.

This would make good business sense. I think this is the only way to save the Opie and Anthony show. The show can't survive with the bulk of the audience being truck drivers. Nothing against truck drivers. I'm one of them.

Makes perfect sense. That's how airlines got their name out there... giving out free rides... Brilliant.

Except that won't happen because it makes sense.

When i left they tried to give me a free radio that plugged into my cigarette lighter and transmitted FM to my own car radio.
But I would have had to pay shipping, which they said was 10 dollars.

Insightful.
Are you REALLY a truck driver?

Yes, i have been a truck driver for 30 years. Satellite radio has been a Godsend. Before satellite we used to have to try to find stations every 30 miles and when you were in the middle of nowhere there was only NPR.

The Sirius XM in cars are not free. The radio and 6 month subscription are built into the price of the car. When you buy a new car tell the dealer you don't want it and you will save $300.
